Family Treatment Court

The Dawson County Family Treatment Court provides timely comprehensive services to substance abusing parents who have lost or are at risk of losing custody of their children or whose substance abuse has had a direct, negative impact on their children.

Hall County Family Treatment Court began operations in 2006 to assist families plagued by substance abuse and to prevent unnecessary foster care placement of children with substance-abusing parents.
