Circuit Public Defender Brad Morris has announced he will retire in October, concluding over twenty years of service to the Northeastern Judicial Circuit. Mr. Morris has practiced law for over 49 years, 21 of which have been with the Georgia Public Defenders Council since its inception in 2005.
The Circuit is indebted to him and deeply grateful for his commitment to indigent defense and public service.
GPDC is accepting resumes for the vacant position through August 18, 2025.
