Court Managers Complete Intensive “Front Line Leadership” Program

The Northeastern Judicial Circuit Celebrates Graduates of 40-Hour Leadership Development Initiative

August 21, 2026 – The Northeastern Judicial Circuit is proud to announce the successful completion of the FrontLine Leadership Program by members of its leadership team. The comprehensive 40-hour professional development program was designed to strengthen leadership capabilities and provide practical tools for leading high-performing teams.

Over the course of ten training sessions, participants developed skills in key leadership competencies, including effective communication, employee engagement, teamwork and collaboration, performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, and change leadership. The program provided leaders with proven strategies to enhance team effectiveness, improve employee performance, and foster a more engaged workplace culture.

The FrontLine Leadership curriculum focused on helping participants understand the skills, behaviors, and attitudes needed for effective leadership while equipping them with tools to connect with and engage their teams. Through interactive learning experiences, self-assessments, practical exercises, and workplace application assignments, participants gained valuable insights into their leadership strengths and opportunities for growth.

"This accomplishment reflects a commitment to investing in our people and developing leaders who can effectively serve their teams and our communities," said Jason Stephenson, Northeastern Judicial Circuit Court Administrator. "The knowledge and skills gained through this program will help our leaders build stronger relationships, foster employee engagement, navigate challenges effectively, and continue driving organizational success."

A key component of the program emphasized practical application, with participants completing between-session assignments designed to apply newly learned concepts directly within their teams. This hands-on approach helped reinforce learning while creating immediate benefits for employee engagement, communication, and performance.

As these leaders return to their roles with enhanced skills and fresh perspectives, the Northeastern Judicial Circuit looks forward to the positive impact they will continue to make in their departments and in the Dawson County and Hall County communities they serve.
